Leveransevilkår

Famme.no har forsendelser til hele Norge med unntak av Svalbard og Jan Mayen. Leveringstiden varierer for det enkelte produkt, men ligger vanligvis mellom 1 og 3 virkedager etter registrert innbetaling. Vi tar forbehold om lengre leveringstid i perioder med mye trafikk hos oss eller vår transportpartner.

Brevpakker leveres normalt sett i din postkasse. I noen tilfeller, for eksempel hvis postkassen din er full, må du hente pakken på postkontor. Da vil du få henteseddel i postkassen.

Pakke til hentested leveres normalt til ditt nærmeste hentested. Posten sender hentemelding på e-post og du vil i tillegg få hentemelding på SMS dersom du har valgt dette i din profil. Alle forsendelser med pakke til hentested kan spores under "Mine ordre" når produktene er sendt fra oss.

Ved bytte gis en bytte-kode med en verdi slik at man kan kjøpe tilsvarende vare. En bytte-kode er en rabattkode og kan ikke kombineres med andre rabattkoder.

Som kunde plikter du å følge med på status på din forsendelse. Famme.no er ikke ansvarlig for utlevering av melding om ankommet pakke. Posten returner etter sitt system uavhentede pakker etter 14 dager.

Dersom du ikke er hjemme på avtalt leveringstidspunkt, ikke henter varene eller nekter å motta dem, vil varene bli returnert til oss for din regning. Du vil i slike tilfeller bli tilbudt å få ordren tilsendt på nytt til kr 49,-. Dersom du ikke betaler ny frakt eller ikke ønsker sendingen på nytt vil du bli belastet et gebyr på kr 200,- fra det innbetalte beløp i tillegg til returfrakt på kr 49,-. Eventuelt restbeløp blir kreditert til ditt kort, kontonummer eller via Klarna avhengig av din betalingsmetode.

Dersom du ber Posten om å returnere varen, samt at du på forhånd melder fra til oss om at du benytter deg av angreretten innen fristen, skal du bare betale for returkostnaden.

Om din pakke ikke leveres innen avtalt tid kan du som kunde fastsette en rimelig tilleggsfrist. Skulle denne fristen oversittes kan du heve kjøpet og få pengene tilbake innen 14 dager.

GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Famme webshop on www.fammesportswear.com/www.famme.no (in the following referred to as the ”webshop”), this covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with Famme AS, hereinafter referred to as ”FAMME”). We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webshop.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Famme to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, Famme will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop you will be offered to either purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order. Famme reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, can be suspected.

To place an order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Famme presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.fammesportswear.com / www.famme.no submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve. 

 

PRICE & PAYMENT

The prices at the webshop are current prices and may be changed at any time. Famme is not bound by price indications in the webshop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occurred due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer. Prices are inclusive of local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the webshop. For customer outside Norway, additional VAT, customs charges, and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice or as may otherwise be instructed at the webshop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. We co-operate with an authorized payment service provider (Stripe), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard . All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

Payments are captured as soon as the order is placed, this is also the case for pre-orders.

 

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

All campaigns with reduced price are limited in time. Multiple offers can normally not be combined. A discount code or voucher is only valid once per customer and purchase. In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, the webshop reserves the right to cancel the order in question.

On orders eligible for a gift or discount the value of the gift/discount is considered as a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the entire order is sent back for exchange or refund the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated and the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount will only be credited.

We may at any point change the date for a promotion, regardless of what has been communicated on our website / on email. The dates given will in most cases be correct, but might be subject to change.

Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Gift cards / discounts that are issued as replacement for items (complaints, returns etc.) cannot be combined with discount codes. 

If for some reason a gift card is sent by mistake and the customer is aware that the gift card was sent by mistake / should have been deactivated, an invoice of the full value of the gift card will be issued if the gift card is used.

discount codes used to process exchanges, new items for complaints, free items for influencers and similar should only be used to order the item being replaced / exchanged / promoted. Any additional use of such discount codes will lead to an invoice being sent that covers the loss (discount value of the order). I.E the full price should be paid if such a discount was used without approval. Unless otherwise agreed upon the maximum time before starting promotion is 1 month after receiving free items.

By placing an influencer order you agree to our influencer terms

For fraudulent orders / theft, we may deduct our costs from refunds. That includes shipping, labor costs including investigation and pick and pack and other costs that arise due to the fraudulent order.

 

DELIVERY

We always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from Order Confirmation and can be expected to be delivered in 1-3 business days within Norway and 3-15 business days on International orders. Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take longer than normal. In case of a delay in delivery of more than fifteen (15) business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will, as our entire liability for the delay, credit any payment made by you. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. We currently ship to most countries. Should you have an inquiry as to whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact our Customer Service. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated in Returns below. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost of return freight and administration.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

We offer you a 14-day right-of-return from your purchase, calculated from the date you order the goods. If you wish to make such a return please follow our return instructions here Items shall be returned hereunder properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused and saleable condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. In case of a return, the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer.

We offer free exchanges in some areas, but we reserve the right to process the exchange as a return instead, this usually applies if the item to be exchanged was on an outlet sale.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

FAMME ensures that all products are meticulously checked in a quality control before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, you will be replaced with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. You are asked to always examine your received products already at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order confirmation to us.

We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by Famme , and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

 

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the online store in detail reflect the product colors. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
